Geoffrey Groshong, a partner, has been practicing law for 30 years. He currently practices in the areas of bankruptcy, workouts, and creditors' rights. Geoff has extensive experience representing creditors, creditors' committees, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, and debtors-in-possession, as well as representing creditors and debtors in out-of-court workouts. He also represents companies and individuals as purchasers in bankruptcy asset sales and claims trading. Geoff was a Chapter 7 panel trustee for ten years. He was named one of Seattle's best attorneys by Seattle Magazine (Jan. 2001) and has been selected as a Washington Super Lawyer by Washington Law & Politics magazine for every year since 1999. He is also been named in Best Lawyers in America for 2009.
