Karen Boxx focuses her practice on estate planning and consulting in probate, trust and estate tax matters. She is currently of counsel with the firm because since 1997 she has been on the faculty of the University of Washington School of Law. She teaches in the areas of wills and trusts, estate and gift tax, community property and estate planning. Before joining the faculty, she was in private practice for fourteen years, representing clients in estate planning, probate, trust and guardianship matters, as well as small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
