Pat Char’s practice focuses on trusts and estates. Ms. Char’s clients have included corporate and individual trustees, individual beneficiaries, nonprofit corporations and foundations, and individuals seeking advice regarding gift and estate taxes and trust and estate planning. In addition to experience in estate planning, probate and estate tax issues, she has substantial experience in litigation, including trust or estate disputes, contract and commercial business disputes. She has handled jury and bench trials in federal and state courts, and served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and as a mediator, with claims involving trust issues, contract disputes and franchise disputes.
