He also advises on immigration-related employment law issues, assisting clients in performing prophylactic legal audits and "due diligence" analyses prior to closing on mergers and acquisitions. He represents individuals and businesses before Consulates, the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, the EOIR, BIA, and federal courts.
