Mr. Foster’s practice involves wills, trusts, community property agreements (and other domestic partner agreements), guardianships, elder law, gifts, taxation, the administration and settlement of trusts and estates (through probate or by avoiding probate), litigation and dispute management concerning inheritances and trusts and family business succession planning.
